Don't assume that more is better.  I used to have a staff of consultants and sales trainers.  But I found that they could not give my clients what I could: my proven expertise and years of experience.

You will not be paying for a yes man.
I have developed a proven formula for changing company structures and policies that begins with the employees, not the officers.  Before I ever begin training your sales force, I will be out there selling alongside them.

I partner with your company.
I'm not kidding when I say I will take up residence at your company.  I will become so familiar to all of your employees that they will know me on a first-name basis within the first few weeks.

My goal is to work myself out of a job.
When you hire me as a consultant, you hire permanent, lifetime solutions.  I do not work on a retainer, because there is no need for me to.  When I am through, your company will be able to function far more productively and efficiently in the areas we have addressed.
